Burn the Kingdom, a self-described 'Death Groove' band, hails from the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, on the east side of Australia. Burn the Kingdom was founded by Nick (Guitar) and Ricky (Drums) in 2024, after their departure from another Sunshine Coast Death Metal project.

After lineup changes and internal disputes in their previous outfit, Nick and Ricky made the decision to start fresh with a new sound and a fresh idea. Burn the Kingdom speaks for itself, with their outward "Fuck who you are, fuck who you claim to be" attitude and their vocal distaste for society, God, and Government.

Nick and Ricky spent the majority of 2024 writing music and forming the base Burn the Kingdom identity before recruiting Beau (Bass) and Rob (Vocals). Once the lineup was complete, leading into 2025, they started to build momentum on their unique sound and brand.

In mid 2025, Burn the Kingdom made their explosive debut opening for 'Total Buzzkill' at The Presynct in Nambour before releasing their first single 'Vermin' from their upcoming EP set for release later in 2025. Their first live performance at The Presynct, marked the beginning of their journey to take over the heavy music scene with their energetic performances and catchy death groove style.
